  • What if I didn’t receive my tickets?
    If you did not receive your tickets instantly, please call 941-260-1877.
  • Why does it say GA on the ticket purchasing page?
    GA stands for GENERAL ADMISSION seating (first come first serve). Come early for best seating or upgrade to VIP Reserved Seats.​
  • What time do the doors open?
    Doors open 2 hours prior to show time.​
  • How long is the show?
    The performance is 1 1/2 hours.​
  • Can we bring our own food?
    Outside food and drink is not permitted in the Show.
  • Can tickets be purchased at the door?
    Yes, tickets can be purchased as early as one hour prior to the start of the show.
  • Is there handicapped seating?
    Yes, all buildings that we perform inside of are ADA compliant. If the venue is unable to provide appropriate seating we will have ADA seating available.
  • Do we use peanut products?
    No none of the products we use or sell contain peanut products, but the venues do sell concessions as well and we urge customers to contact the venue to check with them as well.
  • Can I use my tickets for another showtime?
    To change your ticket event time or date please call (941) 260-1877 All ticket changes must be made 48 hours in advance of the time and date on your current tickets. Ticket changes are subject to fees and availability. After the 48 hour ticket window, all changes must be made at the Box Office at the event.
  • Are there assigned seats?
    No, Seating is on a first come first serve basis. The same rule applies to VIP seating as well (where available).
